The Pumpkin Patch
Each fall, pumpkins adorn the green in front of First Parish's stone office building, creating an impressive and festive sight! The pumpkins are grown and supplied by Navajo Native Americans and we return 2/3 of the funds raised to them. The additional 1/3 is dispersed locally as part of our Mission budget.
Food Pantry Drive
YCSA provides social services, a thrift store, and a food pantry. We support YCSA financially and have regular, ongoing collections for the food bank.
Boy Scouts of America
Troop 301 has continued to deliver the scouting experience to 39 Scouts in York, Maine. The Troop continues to provide vital service projects to the town. In addition to the individual Eagle projects, we continue to participate in the Wreaths Across America fundraiser and the wreath laying at First Parish Church Cemetery.
