Fit for Life 

Who:    For all in our community (18 and older)

What:   Fitness Classes – Zumba and Aerobics 

                  with Experienced, Certified Instructors

Where: Fellowship Hall – First Parish Church, York, Maine

When:  Monday – Friday  8:30am One-Hour Classes

Cost:    $5 per class

            $30 per month-unlimited (ages 65 and over)

            $35 per month-unlimited (ages under 65)
