Wherever you live; in York, up to camp, flown south for the winter, or working abroad, First Parish comes to you. In town, we dig deep in several Bible studies, collaborate with community partners such as the York Diversity Forum to host Interfaith Dialogue, and engage speakers on issues of our time such as gender identity and sexuality.
Each Wednesday the Pastors' Pen reaches your home, bringing a word of hope and healing, or faith challenge to your door. In the near future, we will live stream our worship services so that you can participate in real time from wherever you are, or tune in later when its convenient for you. Come grow in faith with your First Parish Church.
Women's Bible Study begins in September on Wednesdays at 9 am. We share the Bible verses for each upcoming worship, discuss the directions of the sermon, pray and touch base with how we see God at work in our lives.
Come, bring a friend. We meet in the Lounge in Fellowship Hall.
Adult Bible study begins in September and meets for 9 months on Wednesdays at 5pm in the Senior Pastor's office. No prior experience is required for this in-depth Bible study.
Women on the Move meets the second Monday of each month, and provides far-reaching fellowship opportunities for members and friends of First Parish Church.
